I have been seeing more posts about feeding children, and wanted to rec. a cookbook that I got recently. It is "peas and thank you" by Sarah Matheny. The family appears to be nearly vegan, but all the recipes are vegan. So far, everything we've tried has been well received. I can't say I've tried a ton, but so far so good. It has lots of pictures and a humorous story line too (for those who like that sort of thing).
Mom to three very active girls Anna (15), Kayla (12), Maya (9).
Thanks for the suggestion. I will check that one out. I am on a search for vegan kid friendly cookbooks right now.
