I just got this from the library. I thought it looked pretty good. Has anyone used this cookbook? What do you think of it?

I own it. Honestly, it's not the first book I reach for when looking for a recipe, that would be Vegetarian Cooking for Everyone. But it has some good recipes and they usually turn out the way I expect them too. What bothers me sometimes is the impression that she was more concerned with hitting the 1000 mark than with the recipes themselves.

Overall though I think it is a nice, mainstream veg cooking book that is easy to read and use. The dust jacket is beautiful and looks really nice on my shelf, a bonus!
