Have you guys seen this? It's a 71-part video series that throughly debunks the current Paleo ("primal", low/no carb, etc) diet fad. It is AMAZING. Check it out, pass it on!

I'll check it out. It doesn't surprise me, though, because research consistently shows that a plant-based, as close to raw as possible, diet is the healthiest for a multitude of reasons. Especially w/r/t cancer and heart disease.
