B12 once a week or so wouldn't hurt even if get it from foods and milks. It is such an easy thing to avoid. More and more people that eat animal products are having to supplement it, as well.

Thanks what kind of DHA do you take and is it easy to find? This is my main concern since I want to give up fish too.
I would also like to get rid of the folic acid as I started eating lots of beans and greens and read the artificial version is linked to breast cancer... has anyone else heard this too?
