I'm looking for suggestions for a baby food cookbook/information book that is full of healthy plant-based/vegan recipes for 7 month old babes and beyond. I haven't found any online that seem to fit the bill. If you have any suggestions please send them my way please.smile.gif

I didn't really use a cookbook, my daughter ate things like sweet potatoes, apple and pear sauce, avocado, banana, tofu, lentils and beans, oatmeal, cheerio- type cereal, and lots of breast milk. I cooked things, pureed them in the food processor, froze them in ice cube trays so they were quicker.

I used the vegetarian baby book by Sharon Yntema to get an idea of serving sizes and nutritional requirements - there are some recipes inside it but not many. I did lots of food combining like lentils and cauliflower, spinach and quinoa, tofu and brocoli etc. It might pay to cook the legumes with kombu until you get a handle on baby's digestive pace.
