Hi!

I'm a vegan for health reasons, follow Dr. McDougalls plan for eating (similar to Joel Fuhrman).

I'm wondering if there's anyone else out there that does this. I belong to a discussion board about McDougalling, but find that there are a lot more 'mainstream' people on it and am looking for some health vegans that cook from scratch, stuff like that.

Hi Jen!

I am vegan for ethical and health reasons but if you look in the Fitness forum under the Eat to Live program you'll find lots of Fuhrman followers doing a vegan diet who discuss cooking.

I'm pretty sure there are quite a few ethical vegans here who are also very health conscious and eat very healthy food from scratch.

I'm not one of them as although I do cook tons from scratch and eat a very healthy diet, I also use meat analogues and don't eat nearly as many whole grains as I should...

But please post specific questions and then perhaps a dialogue will get started.
