How do I know if the tofu in my fridge is still good? I often use part of a package and then put the rest it in water in a sealed tupperware.
I know that tofu is supposed to have a short shelf life, but how long? Are there any signs that it's gone bad? I never seem to notice a change in odor, looks, etc. But then again, I usually throw it out if in doubt..... and I HATE to waste!
