My kids have oatmeal or pancakes or organic cereal with soy milk. It just depends how much time we have. Sometimes they just have smoothies.

cereal w/rice milk
oatmeal

whole grain toast or bagel
whole wheat english muffin
hemp & flax waffles

muffins

nuts

fruit (banana, apple, pear, raisins, apricots, berries)

My kids looooooooove vegan pancakes, plain or sometimes banana nut or apple ones. They also love vegan waffles.

Lazier options are cereal with soy milk, bagel with tofutti cream cheese or toast with almond butter and honey - yummmmmm. Smoothies - banana and mango are big favorites. My 12 year old loves oatmeal with some coconut oil mixed in and brown sugar and cinnamon he also loves those Boca sausage links, I think he would happily live on those alone

I forgot to add my DD's favorite breakfast of all time...Tofutti Blintzs. If she sees them she begs for 'those things in the purple box'.

DD (age 4.75) usually has a bagel w/hummus and soymilk, or Boca nuggets w/bbq sauce. She takes after her dad and eats what she craves, regardless of what time of day it is.

Today we had toast (brown rice variety for DS) with almond butter. DS also had blueberry soygurt, and I had tea. And then a glass of V8.

I do coffee or tea, and fruit.

My 8 yo has gluten free pancakes, waffles, or Koala Crisp cereal and fruit.

My 18 mo has mama's milk, although lately he's been signing for apples and oranges, so he's been doing a little more fruit.

yum.

we do a combination of things... but there is always a constant for me - coffee!

cut up apples or pears with almond butter
leftovers from the night before (is that redundant?)
cereal with rice milk
vegan pancakes
whole wheat bread with vegan butter and almond butter on it
granola with soy yogurt

For breakfast

-oatmeal or amaranth with soymilk and either a little Earth Balance or maple syrup
-muffins (my ds loooves to make muffins!)
-pancakes (once I piped all-fruit spread in the shape of letters on them, and that was a big hit with ds)
-fruit salad (for summer breakfasts)
-peanut butter toast
-smoothies (bananas, soymilk, and other fruit or nut butter)
-soy yogurt (mmm key lime silk yogurt)
if we're in a big rush, we'll have organic cold cereal or luna bars
all are served with fruit

this morning, my little one had his rice cereal with some organic banana-peach-raspberry baby food and mommy's milk, and i made some super bomb-diggity delicious vegan pear pancakes. i also like granola with soy milk, oatmeal with amy's vegan apple toaster pops, tempeh fakin' bacon in blt's or with my vegan biscuits, or just fresh organic fruit and water. i also looove soy mocha velvet ice's with extra chocolate, and yerba mate.

DS always starts with "yumyums" (breastmilk); then Organic Morning Ohs (wholefood's cheerios,) or whole wheat crackers, or Van's waffles; and chunks of fruit, or sheep milk yogurt with maple syrup (we're lacto-ovo but DS has a cow milk sensitivity,) or goat cheese.

I sometimes share with DS. Sometimes I have something else like Good Morning's organic brown rice version of cocoakrispies with soymilk, Amy's poptarts, soymilk hot cocoa, etc. (You may have guessed I didn't become a veggie for health reasons .)

Breakfast around here is usually one of the following with fresh fruit on the side:

Scrambled tofu
Toast with nut butter
Hash browns or diced potatoes cooked in the oven
Oatmeal
Polenta
Waffles (I make a bunch and freeze, then heat in the toaster oven. Lat batch was pumpkin!)
Biscuits and gravy
Pancakes (Whole grain with oats)

Sometimes we just have leftovers, too.
