baklava would be exciting! But... do I have to make it with honey?
ATM, for the rest of the meal, I am leaning towards doing some sort of couscous pilaf (couscous, wheat berries, dried apricots, pistachios, zucchini, flat-leaf parsley and mint) and a tomato-cucumber salad with a garlic-tahini dressing. We'll probably have DF's hummus, and for dessert, if the baklava idea doesn't pan out, I was thinking mango tart involving cardamom?

Sounds so yummy, I love this type of food in summer. We eat falafel with a side of sweet style couscous and a thrown together cuc salad. I use a bit of cinnamon, raisins, dried apricots, almonds, and other spices in my couscous. Sort of like this, but made with vegan ingredients, and I wouldn't use so much oil or agave (honey sub for me).
Watermelon mixed with some fresh mint for dessert, man that sounds so good right now.
