Title pretty much covers it. I made a big batch of guacamole and we had suaves for dinner :. I've got a ton more since I got the avacodos at TJs and one has to buy a whole bag, not individual avacados. So, can I freeze the extra?

If it doesn't have tomatoes, you can freeze it, just make sure it is well wrapped. And get all of the air out of the bag if you're using a freezer bag. If it has tomatoes I don't think it would freeze very well.

What are suaves?

I've frozen it before and it comes out just fine.
