DD just turned two in March and now that I'm pregnant she's not as content to fall asleep nursing. Where I could get her down in 15 minutes with nursing is now a lay in the bed, pat, roll around, etc etc etc production of 1-2 hours. We need help!
I know this will take some time to establish a new routine but I need a starting point. How can I help DD learn to fall asleep without having to lay next to her for an hour or more in a darkened room? By the time she's asleep I'm asleep and I'm tired of going to sleep in my work clothes
Right now she's waking around 5:30am, napping 12:15-2 (or 2:30-3) and we're trying to get her down around 7:30-7:45. Maybe her schedule is just off? This being our first we're not really sure on progression of sleep through the toddler years.
ANY help is greatly appreciated! (We're cosleeping, btw)
