My almost 6 month old is sleeping pretty well - down at 6:45, up around 9:30 and 3:00 to feed. But his wake up time ranges from 6:45-8:15 and his naps are all over the place. Wondering if it might be helpful to wake him up at the same time every day (maybe 7:00) to attempt a nap schedule. Any suggestions??

My advice would be "if it ain't broke, don't fix it".

It's complicated.
