I am almost 19 weeks pregnant with #3 and hurt my tailbone last week. Sleep is miserable and to make it worse, I sleep between my 2 girls, 4 and 2. They sleep good, but I cant prop my belly or back or legs on another pillow as I am right in between them and don't want a pillow right by them. As I get bigger, I usuaaly use big pillows between my legs but don't see how that is possible. Dd1 will be moving over to dhs side on another mattress as we get closer, but for now, I am betewwn them. I can still comfortably sleep on my belly except for my darn tailbone so I am not super big and uncomfortable yet.....other than my button.

Oh, gosh, that sounds uncomfortable!!! I don't have any great ideas, but wanted to respond. Maybe some harder pillows? like Yoga bolsters? something that wouldn't be a risk to the kiddos, but might give you some support?
