How do you clean the fabric on Arm's Reach Cosleepers?

10 years ago, I had a mini co-sleeper. The fabric padding did not come off, and got rather disgusting. I was hoping they had updated the design, but they haven't as far as I can tell, aside from with one expensive model that is a bit big for us.

So, what do you do to keep it clean?

Get some soap and water and clean it outside. Let it sit in the sunshine and the sun will kill anything left on it. vinegar and sun is a good combo too but it takes awhile for the smell to fade.
