Wiggle worm in the bed!

Hi. I'm new to this forum.
I have a questiona about co-sleeping.
Do you little ones wiggle and squirm through the night?
My wee lass (10 weeks) and I co-sleep, but about every half hour or so (often more regularly) she squirms and wakes me. I think it's wind.
Also, after a 1am and 3/4am feed, she will then feed as regularly as every 1-1.5hrs. Any experiences if this?
Thanks.
Pockets.

Yup. Feeding every hour in the early morning hours has been very normal for my kiddos. Making sure I drink enough water during the day and night helped reduce the frequency a little. I'm barely 5 ft tall and 116 pounds and I needed to drink 2-3 quarts of water during the day and another quart of water at night to prevent dehydration the first 4 or 5 months. For some reason staying hydrated made a huge difference in how restful my little ones slept. Now I don't need a whole quart at night and I get to sleep longer. Yay.
Congrats on your Sweetpea!
Oh, and lots of kicking at night tells me I need to with take baby to pee or change a diaper. ( this is when it's nice to have a partner in charge of night time diapers and pottying)

Ok, good advice. I'll try those things.
Thank you!
