I'm wondering if when a baby's sleeping pattern shifts if it affects how they sleep at night? Right now, my ds takes three naps a day. From what I've read, a 6 month old should be taking two naps a day. I know all children are different and mine is probably just maturing more slowly in the sleep department which is fine.
But I am curious at what happens when he does begin to drop that one nap a day which I assume he eventually will.
How did it affect your little ones? Did they seem grumpier during the day as they made the transition. Did it just magically happen one day? How did it affect their nighttime sleep?
