Obviously...I am desperate. My almost 4 month old is a wreck. It's like he doesn't know how to go to sleep or stay asleep. I feel so bad for him. I came across a website that offers an ebook about "Empathic Sleep Teaching." The word teaching almost makes me cringe, but reading the description, it seems to emphasize the empathy part of helping your child to sleep.

I trust the members of MDC, so I'm wondering if anyone else has purhased this ebook or knows anything about it.
