Last night Tracy slept for 3.5 hours in a row!! He slept in his crib and not in our bed! I was even able to put him down without him being fully asleep! Which hasn't happened since he was just a few months old!

I'm not sure what it was. I went to his room with him and we did various things. he played and nursed some. then he played and nursed some more. I used a phrase we use often, "Tracy's taking the train to sleepy town" We read a book and he nursed one last time. I put him in his crib 3/4 of the way asleep and he stayed down!! The whole process took an hour...and i didn't even realize it!

I'm thinking it was the wind down time in a dimly lit room with soft music. I'm going to try angain tonight and see if it happens again. I don't want to get too excited but 3.5 hours in a row for him is a lot! The rest of the night was 1.5 to 2.5 hours at a time! This again is a good thing!

YAY!!!!!
