I just read your response to "What about naps?" We are thinking along the same lines! I have been thinking for months that it sure would be nice if someone would invent a familly size crib! It would have rails all around, but there would be a baby-proof gate for adults to go in and out of. That way you could nurse your baby down, or lie down with her, slip out, and still feel safe taking a shower. It would also be great for those times when you are not feeling well and you want to rest but your baby does not. You could bring baby and toys into the "family crib" and lie down while baby plays.
