ever snce we "sprang forward" dd's bedtime has been rough. she was going to bed at 7:30 without much complaint for the last several months. she has lots of windows in her room, which we are hanging blankets over to try to darken things a bit. she is an early riser (5:30) no matter what time she goes to bed, so I really want to improve the situation before summer, when it's light until 9!!! any suggestions?
i hope this is an ok place to post this. it's not really about nightwaking (that would be another thread
), and we don't have a family bed anymore, but this seemed like the most logical place to come for advice.
