OMG I cannot believe it, my 6 year old son just got excepted into the Davidson young scholars program! It is so crazy that he was excepted. He is our second of four kids and we new he was smart but when we got his IQ tested and it was so high we were amazed. We are so thankful there is something out there that might help us get him the education he needs. Just had to tell someone that might understand what a great accomplishment this will be!

This sounds really exciting. What exactly will it mean for your son? I am not familiar with the program for younger kids, so I'd love to know more.

That is so awesome! We just found out that our 2nd of four, has a high IQ as well. We recently found that she has dyslexia and her brain has been compensating for it, so we didn't know. What was your son's score? This is all new to me.
