I haven't posted here in ages... I used to post a lot when Elora was in the NICU- she was a 25 weeker- but stopped when she died at 9 weeks old. After she died, we decided to try again, because I believe her premature birth was preventable... and I got pregnant right away. Unfortunately, our baby had a cord issue and his heart stopped at 24 weeks.

Anyway, I'm pregnant again, and I have a feeling we're going to put in some NICU time again- because I'm carrying twins. I am almost 9 weeks- due Aug 1st. I wanted to post in this section because I remember feeling most comfortable with you ladies here

I don't know if I was here then, I wanted to say that I'm sorry for your losses and hope that you're able to carry your twins to term, nice and healthy.

Thank you

I think you came after my time here- Elora was born in June of '06, so I was here following her birth, until she died at the end of August that same year

I remember you ApplePieBaby, and the loss of your beautiful little baby girl. I'm glad you feel comfortable posting here; I think the NICU mamas are some amazing women. I will be keeping you and your new twins in my thoughts. I hope everything goes amazingly well with your pregnancy and their birth! ::

I doubt I will get to 37 weeks, but that would be amazing

I'll be holding my breath this whole pregnancy.

Hi Apple Pie Baby! Glad to see you back. I remember Elora and her story. I'm sorry about your most recent loss at 24 weeks and wish you so much luck with this pregnancy. I don't think you'll make it to 37 weeks. I think you'll make it to 38 You'll be in my thoughts

Hi Jayme!! I sent you the premature book after I was done with it. I cried and so did DH for hours after Elora died. That was a tough time for us with our PTSD plus we knew another couple who had a baby similar to Elora in the nicu at the time.

I have thought of you often. I am so sorry for Elora and for the next loss. I am estatic you posted and I will be thinking of you and your twins!

I replied in your post on the multiples forum, too, but I definitely remember you. I cried when you lost Elora, and I am so full of hope for you now.
