my son was born at 24 weeks he is currently 16 months and he weighs 17.2 pounds. he was switched to whole milk the beginning of this month and I notice that he drinks the milk but hes not eating as much table food but he will eat the baby food. I just want him to gain weight.
They recommend it for 1-13 years of age. I prefer whole foods, making my own shakes would be my preferred version. I'd use something like a mix of fruit, veg, milk (whole cow's or goat or hemp or almond or coconut), protein powder, cream or coconut oil, and a good vitamin. I mean, with this you're better off with a flintstone's chewable plus some ice cream.
