Being sick really sucks doesn't it. I hope you are feeling better soon. In fact, I hope those of us who have been sick, but who start to feel better as the 1st trimester ends, will post about it. That will give us hope. My nausea is low-level but constant. I am so ready to feel better and to be able to eat and prepare my childrens' food without waves of nausea.

SuperKitty, try eating a small snack at 4am when you wake up. A few soda crackers, a half a glass of powerade, anything to boost your blood sugar a bit. Give it a try and let us know if it makes a difference!

ITA,
although the last week i was feeling better, but I feel nauseas again today... ick. Anyway, I took a craniosacral class at the height of my nausea ( a four day long class... ) and the instructor suggeested putting two fingers just inside my nose and pushing straigh in gently for a ocunt of 10-- it really helped. I modified it a little using my knuckles during class and in public, so it doesn't look so bad, but try it, it really helped!! anyway, I am 12 weeks tomorrow, so i hope this is the last day !!!
