I'm familiar with the CDC catch-up schedule, and the minimum dose interval. Is there a maximum dose interval? How do you decide the best spacing. I see the benefit of spacing some of them out more in order to get less total doses (DTaP, IPV) but I'm still unclear about how close they need to be together in order to still provide immunity....

Thanks!

Nope, there's no maximum.
