Hey I am looking for the information on a selective/delayed Vax schedule.  My kids are 3, 5 and 7 and only the 7 year old has had any vax's however all she has had was 1 or 2 of the dtap and nothing since.

I want to know what needs to be done still, what a good schedule is.

Also wanted to know if I am right in saying it is ok to do 1 shot at a visit rather than several at a time.

Thanks

Jessica

I got all my alternative schedule ideas and info from the Dr Sears Vaccine Book. He regularly updates info on their website, too, and may have simple schedule listed wo buying the book. And yes! It's ok to get only one shot at a time. We call ahead and will go in for only a shot or two in between well visits to space them out--the nurse gives the shot and it doesn't require a full doc visit (or charge for such either). Hope this helps some. smile.gif
