Thought this was an interesting (and very sad actually) article about how hard it is to stick your neck up and be a pro-vaccine parent online:

Some really nasty tactics show up there from some in the anti-vaccination movement. Luckily we can expect more respect for our viewpoints on MDC, which has rules to support the respectful debate, and right to all parents to choose what's right on the vaccination question for their children. :)

Mother of two living in UK. Daughter (2007) born in USA, son (2010) born here. I'm pro natural birth, midwife care, breastfeeding, co-sleeping, baby wearing and a keen advocate of cloth diapering. I'm a full time working research scientist (physical sciences) and I'm pro-vaccine.

I think the article is also very nasty in general toward people who do not vax or who selectively vaccinate or delay vaccinations for whatever reason. I believe you have also been asked in the past to not use articles on that site for conversation due to it's pro-mandatory vaccinations lean, making it inappropriate material for promotion here.

Let's not post links to articles of this nature in a support forum. If you wish to have a discussion about something like this it would be better placed in the debate forum so that a more general discussion can be had.
