My eating has been horrible. All I want are starches and salt... and sweets. I had such a well balanced diet before, and I'm trying to stay healthy with breakfast - usually yogurt and Kashi Go Lean Crunch. After that, its a mess. Tons of chinese food, pizza, pasta... fried chicken fingers (and I had been veg for the past two years...) All I want are things that are bad for me. And veggies and beans... mostly make me sick to even contemplate right now.

Today was EVEN worse.
I had nothing, went to target, ate a few goldfish.
I ate CANDY on the way home.
Then I didn't want to cook because the dishes are dirty
SO I ate a wheat bagle with cream cheese
and had an iced COFFEE.

That is all!

I feel sick.
Gee I wonder why.

I sat on the couch yesterday and ate an entire bag of Salt and Vinegar Lays. Mmmm nutritional dinner!

Synchro - I hear ya on the kitchen situation. If it's at all gross in there I refuse to go in. I start smelling stuff and I get all anxious.

Go pluots! I bought more today.

Been eating Kashi Go Lean Chrunch here, too and just bought another box.

I had a vanilla milkshake yesterday to celebrate my first appt. and paid for it with lovely gas and bloating. Can't wait until I can do ice cream with the side effects!

hey now, I thought I warned you guys to keep the fruit and grains out of this thread! I don't know if the milkshake makes up for it since it was celebratory.

my daily confessional:

honey nut cheerios with soymilk (pretty good)
half (!) a frozen cheese pizza
gushers fruit snacks (are they sure it's really fruit in those?)
a starbucks caramel macchiato
two HUGE plates of white simple-carb spaghetti noodles with tons of salt and butter...
and then the fateful spoonful of nutella that gave me a wicked stomachache :

ohh, guess i should mention my two cans of soda in there somewhere too huh? sigh.

I'm on a licorice thing here.
Had a box of Good & Plenty...
Now I'm on to a box of Panda black soft licorice chews...

I can't make it through the day without several glasses of Trader Joe's Ginger Lemonade.

This morning I had a decaf peppermint mocha at a coffee shop with a fat-laden blueberry muffin.

Last night I made a plate of nachos before bed with salsa and monterey jack cheese. Had to sit up and watch tv for awhile to avoid heartburn after that.

I posted a while back saying that I was actually doing pretty good...I spoke too soon. Morning sickness is fading (ever so slowly) and fatigue is setting in, so I basically want to eat from 1pm until 7pm. Oh and then I have to get up in the middle of the night to eat something (or else I'll get nauseous) if ds wakes me up (we co-sleep and he's a kicker). sigh.

I ate an entire bag of cheese curls...any points for it being a natural brand? ...dh bought me peanut butter truffles, so I've downed several and the ensuing stomachache forced me to eat something salty, so add in the pretzels. Ugh, why are starches and dairy so appealing? I'd like to poop sometime before May!
And these are just the especially yummy foods. I've had at least 3 meals today too!!!!

I am happy to say that today was day 4 without MS....woo-hoo. Today I ate pretty healthy, but I had a big bakery-made Choc-chip cookie and a bowl of Franken-berry cereal. That stuff is so yummy I may have a second bowl for dinner Or perhaps I'll move on to the box of Boo-berry...decisions, decisions...

too funny jiva

today's menu:
small bowl of go lean crunch/smart start (nutritional highlight of the day)
2 fried eggs w/ cheese on a roll
whole wheat bagel with cc and tomato
pb (organic - no sugar) & j (all fruit) on whole wheat (not terrible)
and then dinner was...drumroll...
2 bologna sandwiches on whole wheat w/ cheese and (baked) potato chips.
yikes.

and to all the 'dairy queens' out there - i drank a McD's chocolate milkshake every day for the last three months when i was pg with my son. and i loved each and every one....

Today was a particularly bad day for me. I started out pretty good, Kashi cereal, grapes, an apple, then I hit the brownies that I made for dh's b-day, I had a boca burger lasagna for lunch, more brownies, a frozen fruit bar from whole foods, more brownies, a cheeseburger and tater tots for dinner. Ugh and only like 1 1/2 glasses of h20! I better go have some more h20

So I finished my lunch (except for me apple which I always eat on the way home) by 10:30am and was hungry again at 11:30. yum yum yum.

I vote for the Boo-berry.

It was Arby's day at work today. Mmm, the 5 for $5.95. Two sandwiches (one for the fridge), curly fries, shake, and turnover. Eat the turnover first, of course. Wow, that is not healthy, but it tastes good.
