Hey mamas! I know I'm not the only one eating whatever I feel like just because there isn't much I feel like. I notice the more I eat the better I feel (nausea/tired/dizzy-wise).

Today I had
french toast sticks (the frozen processed kind)
a pear
cashews
2 ramen noodle packets
5 red hot picked sausages : (total 55g of protein)
1 can of cambells soup

Am I forgiven????

Now, tell us- what'd you gobble up?

Today was my worst day of eating in months:

peanut butter and jelly sandwich for breakfast
fried chicken sandwich and fries for lunch (ate only half because while it sounded good at the time, ugh...)
Kraft mac and cheese with bacon for dinner
four choco chip/ walnut cookies

My stomach was reeling before this awful food and it's still reeling now....

Oh gosh, let's see...

bologna/cheese sandwich on whole grain bread (I think the grains cancel out the icky bologna)
apple with PB (this def. justifies bologna...right?)
handful of Brach's pick-a-mix candies, some candy corn (I'm all about a well-rounded diet)
kraft *organic* mac and cheese (hello...organic!)
canned pears (that counts as a fruit...for sure)

OH....nachos at my daughters football game (she's a cheerleader).

Not really all that much food is it? I think I've been losing weight. I just am not hungry. I drank maybe 20oz of water today, so that's not good. It makes me sick though Last time I took a prenatal vitamin I threw it up, so I'm kinda nervous about trying that again. I know my body needs it though. Maybe I'll give it a shot before bed?

Breakfast was a healthy bagel with an egg and cheese.... it went downhill from there:

snack - um.. I think I forgot. I took an apple to work but I'm sure it's still in my purse.
Lunch was pizza
some nuts for snack
Dinner tortellini with garlic salad and garlic bread, not too bad, I even had a glass of milk.
Just now, I cut a hunk off of a block of feta in the fridge. That was SO salty, but so saltily good! I often crave salt and have been feeling really dehydrated, so I had to give in, and I think a hunk of feta is better for me than Doritos!

I started with a 7 grain bagel and cream cheese at the local bagel shop with ds. Then I ate a bowl of shredded spoonfuls cereal with soymilk, then 1.5 Stonyfield raspberry yogurts. I then had a bunch of Tings. Dh made dinner so that was salad with cucumber and nuts, califlower, and whole wheat pasta with garlic. Also a grape Spritzer from Knudson's. Then I ate more Tings. I really wanted ice cream but we had none.

Today was not so bad, although for me that is a lot of higher carb foods. I have been eating way more carbs (and gaining weight) because I get sick for so much right now. We just got back for 10 days out of town and the eating suck for me - way too few veggies to eat and way to much frozen pizza and the likes.

Oh my HECK! I'm obviously going to have to restock your pantry and cook for you.

(Just so you know I have a package of chocolate chip cookies in the fridge for Friday evening. I'm bribing with cookies....)

Eggs over medium with toast for breakfast
Pirate's Booty and lemon drops
Burger King chicken sandwich and root beer for lunch
a couple of sugar cookies
Pizza Hut

I can't wait until I feel like cooking again. I can't wait until the nausea stops.

I'm at a point where I start to eat, but then it doesn't taste good so I stop. It's FINE, and I'm not feeling too icky anymore so that's good. I do have Pop-Tarts in the house. Hmmm... I don't even remember what I've been eating. We were out of propane so didn't have a stove for a few days so went out, got Subway, and grocery store deli food. Tonight I did make quesadillas - if you can call cheddar cheese melted between tortillas quesadillas. No veggies there. We have propane now so I have broccoli to steam up and snack on. We're usually no dairy but I've been cheating a lot lately because I've been craving cheese but I need to stop. You know, when the mac and cheese case is gone.

Yesterday I ate a [small] bag of those TGI Friday's Cheddar & Sour Cream Potato Skins chips, and an Oatmeal Cookie Crunch ice cream from Baskin Robbins. And it was GOOD. Ugh.

To add: I'm completely addicted to Subway. I don't eat meat, so I just get a footlong Veggie with extra American cheese, mayo and oil & vinegar. Twice this week already. YUMAROO.

When I read all the food you mamas are eating, I am jealous... I can't wait until I have an appetite for normal food with real flavors again

Yesterday I had:

- plain yellow cake for breakfast
- one piece of white bread with swiss cheese for lunch
- one piece of white bread with microwaved deli ham for dinner
- nibbled on a fruit/nut protein bar all day
- the salty yellow broth from Lipton noodle soup
- half a yogurt with walnuts before bed
- orange gatorade

Every bite was choked down
It was a good day - most of it actually stayed down.

I love this thread! SOOO nice to know I'm not alone! Just to note, I've never (in any of my pregnancies) had morning sickness, but I REALLY sympathize with those of you who are suffering!

I always do well at breakfast. It's either oatmeal, toast w/ pb, or homemade granola.
I have some type of fruit before lunch.
Lunch is usually my downfall. Yesterday I had a fried egg sandwich and Doritos. Yummy yummy doritos! I had a dill pickle, too. :embarrassed
Dinner last night was chicken casserole (has broccoli in it) and corn, with pumpkin pie for dessert.

My downfalls are usually salty cravings: chips, pickles, etc.

Some of you have really high standards for junk food.
I don't want to hear about reasonable portions of questionable food. (but please keep going, I just don't want to hear that I am, in fact, the unhealthiest eater here

I know in two or three weeks I'll be better, but right now I am going to eat a packet of iodized salt and watch some tv. :

This morning, ice cream sandwich.
For lunch, I'm going to Burger King.
Three days this week, donut.
Yesterday, finished Evelyn's toddler meal of spaghetti and meatwads.

I eat lots of healthy food in between, so I don't feel bad about the junk when it sounds good. I have a whole can of prunes here and snack on them. How healthy of me.

I've been eating ramen noodles a *lot*. They stay down when nothing else will and I actually *want* to eat them. I've been having homemade fruit smoothies in the a.m. Frozen Pineapple, strawberries, blueberries, and peaches whirled together with o.j. Yummy. My nutrition value goes down hill from there though. Saltines, ramen, dry cereal, no prenatal vitamins and chewy granola bars...chocolate chip and peanut butter chocolate chunk. I'm really diggin' Mint Milano cookies too. They say mint helps settle an upset stomach..so far it's working!

I did have some celery with cream cheese today for lunch which was pretty tolerable. Nighttime is when it gets really hard for me and I usually just sip on water and eat saltines.

Tings are so good, really too good because you end up eating the whole bag in a day or two. They are like cheetos but they are made by Roberts (the makers of Veggie Booty and such) and they are vegan and no preservatives and such. It is basically puffed corn with nutritional yeast and basically have no nutrition in them, just yummy, salty goodness.

Today and I had cheerios and soymilk for breakfast. An apple and then another one later. Some pretzels and a couple bites of yogurt. A little dried fruit. Then I just made a snadwich with hummus, lettuce, and muenster that was yummy. Plus, I bought Ben and Jerry's today (the Oatmeal Cookie, my favorite) and so I will likely eat much of that today!

I know my standards of junk food are different, but for me this is pretty junky eating -- it is all relative I guess. I have not been to a Burger King or the likes in over 10 years and I imagine it would make me vomit, especially when pg! I have been making fries at home, though, and that is a yummy and not so good for me treat!

I made a box of Kraft mac and cheese for dinner at let Camden have about 1/4 of it. I was so ashamed. I wish I had at least left his noodles plain.

It sounds like a lot of us are craving the mac and cheese though.

I'm on the boat with all of you Subway eaters. I LOVE the chipotle steak and cheese. GAWD. I might have to go there in an hour when I am off work.

We've been eating a lot of taco bell too. I love the nachos bell grande and the spicy chicken soft tacos.

Ohhhhh this is all making me so hungry.

I'll only mention the naughties...
This morning for a snack I bought a bottle of Godiva Dark Chocolate Mocha.
MIL brought over a turkey Subway sub (I didn't heat up the meat ) and a Vanilla Bean coolatta which we shared.
Last night I took DS to Friendly's and I had soft serve twist cone.
The day before I had a chocolate milkshake from DQ. : But hello, dairy!

Burger King was pretty gross at lunch. Their chocolate shakes are terrible. Arby's are better, but I want Frosties. The Wendy's all closed. :cry

You guys, Subway is not junk food. Unheated lunch meat, blah blah, it never made you sick before, probably won't now. Last pregnancy I ate meatball sub after meatball sub. They are the highest in protein. (and fat!)

Now ramen noodles, those do sound good. I'll suggest that for dinner tonight. Somehow I don't think that's on DH's Zone diet.

Willzmama, how was the DQ shake? Are those good?
