Thanks to the positioning thread I've been pondering EVEN MORE ... so if I'm feeling hiccups only through my vagina, does that mean he's sometimes really low into my pelvis? Seriously, this happens often and it's sorta strange; I can't feel them externally at all, only as a twitch way inside. Other times I feel them externally in my lower abdomen. Weird! And I feel a lot of movement practically at my hips, waaay low on my abdomen (little pushes) especially when I sit forward - so he loves putting his hands above his head? Anyone else feeling stuff like this? I swear I hardly feel kicks, just occasional pokes or drags at the sides of my stomach and pretty much never at the top of my stomach. Although sometimes I feel stuff at opposite sides of my stomach, so I figure he's streching his legs and his back hits the other side or maybe his elbows? Ugh, I am dying to know what he's doing in there and I stink at figuring it out.

Today I swear it felt like I had a bunch of snakes slithering around in there! In fact, I went to bed an hour ago but had to get up because the movements were so weird.

This baby has rhythm! I know what the baby's hiccups feel like and these are NOT it. Sometimes the round lump that is the butt will tap like five times against me in perfect rhythm. It's the strangest because it almost feels like a little seizure. Bizarre....

my baby carefully wiggles her foot under my ribs and then leaves it there so when I bend over - OW! I am pretty sure she is head down as all the kicks are on the top of my abdomen, especially when I haven't eaten lunch yet...I think she is telling me she's hungry!
We also had a tapping contest yesterday! She kicked and I tapped my belly back at her. Maybe she knows Morse code already?

I swear last night she was playing with my fat. You know when you pinch yourself to see how fat you are, yep that is what it felt like she was doing inside of me. Great did not know the uterus was fatty...one more place to loose it from.

The worst thing I get is little kicks at the bottom of my cervix, and they are a really painful jolt like when you bang your funny bone : He kept doing that in the store while I was shopping yesterday, and they are sharp enough to make me double over and say "OUCH!" which looks really funny to the other shoppers. I get all kinds of squiggles and kicks around my pelvic bones, too, like hands grabbing and pinching.

my babe nuzzles her head on my bladder, and it feels like that feeling of a UTI for a split second. i also feel pressure on my urethra when she does that. she doesn't get under my ribs so much, as opposed to on top of them!! her butt is on my right rib area, and her feet reside on my left side. she stretches out (triangulates), so i feel her feet, butt, and head all at the same time when she does. it is wild!! oh yeah, her head hits a nerve or something, and it sends a nice sharp pain into my cervix...ow!

I swear today, she was like running or bicycling her legs. It was like she was vibrating the movement was so fast. And it was really weird because it was pointed towards my back. Like I felt it deep within my body. It was a very odd sensation. My son never moved like this.

Ian was like that--I listened to a lot of techno music when I was pregnant with him, and dontcha know, at nearly 8 yrs old he loves techno and dancing!! He came into the world to soft piano music--but apparently the techno is more his style

With this kiddo, the only really freaky-weird thing is the cracking sounds occasionally and the way she/he seems to know that my non-existant bellybutton is the place to wedge a foot for a good deep stretch! OW!

Mine has full body hiccups. They make me nauseous sometimes!

And I think RLS really does run in the family, there are days when those baby legs just twitch and twitch and twitch... just like thier mom's, grandpa's and his/her uncle's.

It feels like my baby is blowing bubbles way down low (almost a weird creaky feeling). Sometimes she will just shove her limbs out as far as she can and it hurts so bad it takes my breath away!

I have also felt the full body shiver, and hiccups too. The hiccups wear me out.

Not entirely sure this is possible, but I've felt mine jump at loud noises ??? Yesterday, ds hit a spade against the metal chair I was sitting on and my belly lurched. Poor thing was probably taking a nice nap, too.

I've gotten this, too, and wonder if it's his hands raking against me?

Last night my baby did this Alien-esque move and stuck a knee I presume WAY up and it was like I could grab it...it was such an odd feeling and looked very cool.

This whole morning, he has been squirmy and twisting around very low in my pelvis. It is such a bizarre feeling and I swear I can feel little fists poking at me down there!
