When you changed position, drank water, relaxed, used mental focus, did the cramps seem to ease up? You were able to comfortably back to sleep?
When you say you feel crampy this morning, is it general crampiness, or are you feeling more regular intervals of cramps?
Could be early labor... or, honestly, could be gas/constipation/diarrea... its sometimes difficult to tell as the end gets closer - because the pressure from BH can really push on the digestive system & make you feel crampy.
Are you feeling your baby move normally today?
How far along are you? You could give your midwife/doc a call if you're concerned. But I think that if the regular cramps have eased up, you don't have any bleeding or fluid leakage (not mucous, I mean like amniotic fluid), then I'd say its probably normal.
Nothing I did, water, walking, position change, potty did anything to stop it and I was only able to go back to sleep after it stopped.
This morning I am feeling sharp(not unbearable) cramps in my vagina/cervix area and they are coming and going off and on.
Baby boy is moving just like he usually does, in fact while it was bad last night he moved more than usual.
I will be 35 week tomorrow and as far as leaking, no just mucus.
