Okay, last pregnancy I got that cruch pregnancy yoga video, then joined a class that I remembered enjoying. In the past couple of years I have found a teacher I LOVE. She has become a really good friend and I think she is a magical teacher!!! But I've moved and she doesn't do prenatal yoga anyways.
I've tried one class I just thought was ridiculous. No yoga really at all, just women getting over excited about being pregnant and being a little to embarrassed at the thought of perenial massage.
But my yoga teacher friend visited yesterday and designed a yoga practice that is exactly what I want, minus the socialising. I'm getting a bolster and I'm just so happy about it! Just had to share.
How have your prenatal yoga/exercise experiences been this time around?
