...taste as good (or at least ok) coming up:
fruit juice
fruit
gummi fruit (I'm sensing a theme)

...taste worse coming up:
milk
cottage cheese
chinese food

I'm interested in finding more to add to the first list, so at least if I think somthings gonna come back up, I'm left with at least a better taste in my mouth....

gotta love morning (ha!) sickness!

Rice and pasta both are very difficult to get back up. Plain buttered potato is good (it does not bulk up like pasta & rice) Egg whites are pretty tasteless and therefore not to bad the second time around. (no yolks!) Fruit sorbet is good.

Not in your group, but I couldn't help but read!!

Tea and juice were the only ones for me that were ok.

Yogurt and mushroom soup were awful.

Although I haven't tried it yet, a good friend of mine told me that if you think eating is going to make you sick, eat a banana - it tastes okay coming back up and you don't get that acidy feeling in your mouth....

Spaghetti is horrible. Especially when you still see the noodles.

Also, if you get that Earth Mama Angel Baby Morning Wellness Tea- that burns when you barf, especially if it somehow goes through your nose :X

ice cream (milkshakes, actually) are remarkably bad coming back up. i actually swore off of my favorite food (for 2 days). DH considered it grounds for divorce. BTW, he thinks this list is the most disgusting he has ever heard of.

LOL... PiePie... I'm glad we grossed someone out! I agree, it is pretty gross, but important to know when you're pregnant and there's a high likelihood of, well, revisiting food later!

My first pregnancy, I had HIDEOUS MS. I puked from the moment of conception allllll the way through and was even puking pushing him out in the delivery room!!! He'd likely have been an only child if not for an accident 3.5 years later...LOL But, I have been good the last pregnancies

Anyway, my trick was that I 'knew' when it was inevitable that I'd throw up. I threw up at least 3-4 if not more times a day for the entire 10 months. So, when it was inevitable, I would get a glass of warm water and head to the bathroom and guzzle it. It definitely pushes you to puking if you're close, and then everything in your tummy comes out quite easily since it's full of water.

Not necessarily a 'tastes better' but it does make 'puking' easier when you just have to.
