As a mom of 3 teens I think this is very normal behavior.  Sounds to me like she's a great kid!

I think most of what needs to be said has been said above - let her mom do the mothering, and allow yourself to be the cool and fun aunt! This stuff you can stress about when you have kids - as aunt, just make sure you are there for your sister and her child when they need you.
