I don't know if this should be in preteen or children......

My baby is turning ten and I need to figure out what I am going to get for her for her b-day. And it can't be like more than $50-60. She spends a lot of time outside. She's a little mother to all the other little kids. She likes to ride her bike around, and doesn't want a scooter. She also like animals but I've decided that just isn't a good idea and I'm not getting her one.

She loves arts and crafts and with the days getting shorter I thought maybe that was a good idea. So I started looking for a cute/smallish storage idea that I could fill with arts and crafts ideas for her but anything that would work is wayyy too much money (like my entire budget).

I am just at a complete loss. Can anyone help??

My ten year old is about to turn 11 but some of the things she loved were...
This is coming from a mom that is on a tight budget.

jewelry (good scores at thrift shops)

clothes (same as above)

itunes gift card (spent $10)

tempera cake paints (inexpensive) from Discount School supply online http://www.discountschoolsupply.com/...uct=23651&mlc=

knitting loom (easy to learn) purchased from Hobby Lobby

posters of favorite movie star

felting supplies (this was the most expensive since I bought the wool at the farmers market).

I'm not in to chemical nail polish but Klutz makes a fun set of nail polish that is not toxic and she LOVED playing with that stuff

My daughter is ten and she loves jewelry and felting crafts. You can get some good ones from atoygraden.com.
