Oh Wise Ones,
13yo DD seems surrounded by naturally thin "beanpole" type girls. She's 5'5",has hips, my broad shoulders, a butt and developing breasts so of course she feels fat. She looks at the girls around her and just feels huge. When I talk to her she just doesn't buy it. It hurts her just like it did me when I was a teen.
She's active...Kung Fu, skiing and is starting a 10K prep class for her fitness course at school.
Any book suggestions?

I recently read a review of Body Drama: Real Girls, Real Bodies, Real Issues, Real Answers by Nancy Amanda Redd in a magazine & it sounds like it could fit the bill.
