Is there a thread somewhere here for parents of bi-polar teens or children? My son is newly diagnosed and I am feeling very out of my element. I have so many questions.

I think there are some threads in special needs... I think my dd may be bi-polar, but am afraid to have her diagnosed, plus I know she wouldn't even want to been seen or treated for it. At first I thought she was just being a teenager (seems to me a lot of the symptoms are the same) lol but now she is almost 19 and still having some extreme!! mood swings and other symptoms ... ugg
