Hi! My DD is 9.5, but I'm starting to think about talking with her about body changes, etc.

Can anybody recommend a good book for the younger crowd about this topic? Most of the books on my library's shelf are for the teen years - I need more of a basic introduction.

Thanks!

The What's Happening To My Body Book for Girls. There is also one with the same title but for boys.

I purchased one for each kid through Usborne, I can't remember the titles though. It went above and beyond just the body changes. It had information on how to take care of yourself, how to fit a bra, etc.
