Are any of you going through a not hungry phase? I feel like I have to force myself to eat and nothing ever sounds appealing. Before now, my appetite was pretty good. I had gained about 7 pounds by 16 weeks, but then lost five of that in the past couple of weeks.

I remember this stage happening with my previous pregnancies, but not until way later (like 35 weeks-when there was limited space for the food to go or when heartburn was a factor). Is anybody else experiencing this? I'm a little worried about it.
Thanks!

Yeah, I'm just starting to feel like that. I am also in my 3rd pg, and don't remember that so early with my other pgs.

This has been happening to me as well. I will be hungry but nothing sounds appetizing, I'll make something and then not want to eat it so I put it back. I had a good appetite for a while but I think I'm starting to get into the grazing stage of things. Dinner time is the worst because I can never decide what to make that DF and I can agree on.

DH just commented last night that he remembered me eating A LOT more last time around (read: everything in sight ). I've been a bit worried about my lack of appetite, so it's comforting to know I'm not the only one!

It's been happening more to me, too. Also, I try to snack a lot during the day just to keep up my energy, so by dinner I'm not at all hungry. I'm glad too that it's not just me!

Totally. I'm at 15 weeks and I'm so over food. I eat, but it's sort of like this chore, this thing I have to remind myself do. I am totally not eating three helpings of dinner and then longing for more food an hour later like I was a couple weeks ago.

I find that I too am eating much less then I was even 2 weeks ago. I have to weigh the pros and cons of eating anything...my heartburn has been quite bad. Luckily, my appetite hasn't been out of control.

I am trying not to eat too many carbs....but it seems to be the only thing that isn't instantly heartburn inducing.
