Just wondering if tonight's full moon has boosted anyone into labor? Not me...I'm still sitting pretty at 1 cm with random contrax. Anyone think tonight is your night?

Oh come on moon! Bring this baby out!

DD is going to bed early so that papa can help get this baby out the same it it got in there! :

I've been having some contractions that are definitely 'different' than BH but last time I didn't know that they were indeed real until my water broke and they made themselves apparent that they were indeed the real thing! Hope that is the case again this time!

Ech, so jealous of you ladies who have DHs there to help things along! My DH is in Minnesota until Saturday, so no help there. I don't want this baby to come until Daddy comes back home anyway.

ETA: OH, just had a BIG one - man, it would be so nice to go ahead and have this baby... LOL

Blah. I was due on Monday but nothing is happening here. I may try to convince DH to take me to Scalini's and eat the eggplant again.

I really need to have this baby ASAP so that I can get our small business insurance line rewritten (contract must be rewritten on the first).

Any help from the moon would be wonderful thanks! Please please please come baby come.

The MW I prefer is going on holiday tomorrow.....so, please tonight please!!!

i am crampier today than i have been. seems like every day it increases a little. i doubt i will have a baby tonight or within the next few days though. on Friday i will be 38 weeks.

we filled our birthing tub today and i spent time in it and it and it felt so good. i want to go swimming soon but have a cold and i know swimming would not be good for me while i am fighting off this virus.

mama to two amazing children son 10/27/07 and daughter 07/07/11

Early labor here! Who knows how long it will last... With the last two it's a couple of days. But we're on the way, at least! I kept saying it would be today. I went into labor at 39 weeks (which I am today) with my 2nd DS, and the ctxs have been intensifying steadily since Sunday. Now if we'd just get a good pattern going so this super-low baby can find its way out!

I'm 39 W 1 D and would love to go into labor tonight! But, no real action so far (just the same mild contractions I've been having for a week or two now).

Oh wow, you live by Scalini's? I have the eggplant parmesiana recipe on my fridge...my Doula gave it to me! Is it true that if you dont go into labor within 48 hours you can return for another helping for free?

Sigh. Contracting off and on all day. I'm hopeful, but doubting. I guess I'll know eventually.

My neighbor's dog had puppies a few hours ago. At least someone in the neighborhood got to take advantage of the full moon!

DH came home from work 3 hours early, convinced I'm going into labor any second. I'm not feeling too hopeful, though. Mostly I'm just grumpy.

s*** on this moon!! I was so full of hopes, esp. since that's what sent me into labor with dd. Well maybe that and a storm and the fact that I was 40w+2d Today I am 38 weeks.

I am super mega crampy today and crossing my fingers. I moon-tanned last night, hoping direct exposure might help. A rabbit came right up to DH and I in the yard and I'm taking that as a good sign.
I'm officially 'more pregnant' than I have ever been. My daughter had the same due date as this one and today was her 6th bday. I thought for sure this pregnancy would be shorter since I was barely able to keep her inside me!

No labor here. I had one ctx when I was attending a birth on Monday, that has been it! But I'm only 38.5w, and my last babe was born on her edd, so I'm not holding out much hope for going early.

No labor for me, but that is a relief! I want to wait at least until October...I'd really like October 10th. However, I have been feeling really good in a sort-of crazy way...maybe it is the moon.

Happy laboring and births to those of you who are getting started. I hope the moon works it's magic for you.

i was half nervous half hopeful when i left the house during full moon exact time last night, to go to a free-form dance class! But altho I'm continuing to have BH's and what feels like something else (this is my first time so who knows going on, nothing yet...though started drinking my raspberry leaf tea today at last! i feel so ready for it in some ways, but i would like my pool to be here (Saturday) and to get a couple other loose ends tied up first.
