Well, looks like I am battling a low grade uti. I am doing cranberry capsuls, vitamin c, and acidopohlous. I feel o.k. with only some burning first thing in the morning. (hadn't noticed it till this morning)

I also had a breakdown yesterday, with lots of tears and stress being released.

My midwife did some energy work on me and I felt alot better. My blood pressure was up a little but nothing to be concerned about.

So, I am drinking tons of water to help flushing everything out.

Glad you are feeling better. Sometimes we need those breakdowns to clear all the crap out and get us centered again.

Hope the uti clears up soon!!

Get rest and lots of water. I also suggest GSE as it works amazingly for UTI's and other infections. I have noticed feeling better after one day of dosing!

Feel better soon Mama!

GSE? O.k. I am clueless today, what is that?

I am feeling better today. We went on a hayride and bumped the whole time and then I walked about walmart. Home now and off to make some popcorn and veg a bit. phew.
