With dd1 I didn't get it back until she started solids at 6 month, but she nursed about every three hours around the clock. Scarlett's been sleeping 8 hour stretches for a while so expected it, but not this soon. Here comes the charting and temping again. Bah!

Wow. I would easily accept getting my period back if James would sleep an 8 hour stretch.

Sorry though! I do have a theory that getting your period back in the first three months means less of a tank in supply than getting it later on. If that's any consolation!

I got mine back around thanksgiving, which was about 4weeks after birth but we aren't nursing exclusively.

No cramps so far but not looking forward to preventing pregnancy again...so much work to keep track of things.
