what were you doing? i just wrote out a few of the things we've shared in our ddc, and realized it's almost been a year since our babies were concieved.

we were casually trying to concieve for a few months before i got pregnant, and i was not-so-casually obsessed by it, observing every twinge my body made, and peeing on stick after stick. that's what i was doing this time last year. also, i was working, going to the gym a lot, and enjoying dd and dp.

This time last year I was praying constantly that I'd be blessed with another child. We were infertile for nearly nine years before ds was conceived. He was two years old last year and I knew I really wanted more children. I finally stepped out in faith and starting thanking God for my daughter, "Eden".... and found out a few weeks later that God indeed had answered my prayers.... I was pregnant! And sure enough... I had a daughter named Eden!

My MIL was here for an 8-week long visit (from h*ll). I was just trying to survive her mood swings! We were also ttc, Nico was conceived on the 3rd cycle of trying. We were ttc pretty casually. I was also running, teaching ESL online and cooking really healthy, well-planned dinners.

we were oblivious to the fact that after 22 months, i was about to ovulate. oops! sure glad we were so lazy about using a condom

i was only nursing one.
and, like beany, i was showering. MUCH more frequently than now.

this is a fun idea for a thread!

I had just had my fourth miscarraige on the 3 of March and was wondering if I would ever have another baby.....I was at a very low place in my life. I sometimes tell myself that, as bad as things can be who knows what it will be like a year from now......I agree, great thread!

oops! are you going to try nfp again?

it's such great perspective to see the different directions we all came from.

this time last year i was sleeping through the night pretty regularly.

This time last year I was about to start a new job, yearning for a baby but planning to wait five years, and about to get pregnant.

I was applying to nursing school and finishing up a course in A&P. We were also getting ready to put our small 2-bedroom home up for sale.
I found out I was pg in mid-end of May.

What a great thread. This has been on my mind a lot lately.

This time last year
...we were deciding to take a leap of faith and start our dream business
...I was thinking about getting pregnant at the end of the year
...In a conversation between myself & God I said I'd leave the timing up to "him" but would continue birth control methods
...I had no idea how my life was about to change!!!
