I was wondering if anyone had some advice. I am 39 weeks and feeling extremely nausious. No vomiting, but I could if I let myself. I am trying to eat bland. I am not sure if it was something I ate, or a bug, or something else. Help I feel aweful. LOL
I had such nasty morning sickness and I have noticed some smell sensitivity but nothing even remotely close to what I had. I found Seabands worked great for me at first. Also, fresh ginger steeped into tea - flavor with a bit of lemon and honey was helpful as well. It never made the feeling go away completely but it sure did take the edge off.
