It's after midnight. DH has been asking me (for the last trimester, at least) when will I come to bed? I CANT SLEEP! He seems to need/want me to be there next to him. Which is nice, but I toss and turn, he falls asleep, then grumbles when I amble out of bed and back to the living room. It's always one thing or another. I gotta pee, or my back hurts, I can't breathe, it KILLS to have to shift positions, my brain is racing with a million and one thoughts, blah blah blah.
I just cannot fall asleep unless my body/brain is absolutely exhausted. And I should be, after all the activity from the day. I chase a 19 month old, teach Pilates, come home and do endless amounts of laundry, cook, attempt to clean my house,...
DH is wonderful about picking up the slack for me. He gets up with the girls and gets DD1 to school so I can sleep in. He makes her lunch, brushes her hair etc. He has breakfast w/ DD2, and puts coffee on for me. Then he comes in w/ DD2 to rouse me awake. We all play in the bed together till I'm ready to get up. Ok, Im gonna stop now and make myself go to bed. NO MORE POSTS.

Hope you got some sleep! I've been waking up like every 2 hours to pee and by 4am, lately I can't go back to sleep. So, I read or get online and hope I can fall asleep by 6:30 so I can get an hour of sleep in before my 22 month old wakes up.
