We are flying on air canada soon for a 4.5 hour flight.
We need a second carseat anyway, so I was thinking of getting a marathon (already have a blvd) We have a long drive at our destination, so I wanted something comfortable for DS.
We have requested the bulkhead seats, but I know the armrest does not go up on those. Will that mean that the marathon won't fit ? this is the plane
What seat will fit on bulkhead rows?
The plane seat width says 17.83"
You will also have no underseat storage and will have to keep everything in above storage. I dont like the bulk head seating for that reason. Im constantly digging in my bag for snacks / toys/ wipes etc they will not let you keep a bag sitting on the floor and you will have to stand up and get items all the time
I was told by airline personnel that child restraints are not allowed to be installed in a bulkhead seat. You are also not allowed to put them in escape row seats.

I've flown on small 30-ish passenger planes with our marathon. not sure if it was this exact plane. And in my experience of many flights on many airlines, if you can't raise the armrest, the marathon won't fit FF or RF.
Thanks ladies, looking forward to using the marathon!
