Well, this kid who is the brother of my son's friend who goes to his class/school.

Well, my son's friend brother have been known to hurt kids before but his Mom is just such a moody bully that shuts down at time of confrontration.

Well, this time this kid hurt my boy and she was like there is nothing I can do about it now .

Sigh, so how can I keep my son away from that kid because he's going to end up being playing with his brother who is my son friend so my son loves to playing with his friend so I don't want to probhit my son from playing with his friend but I don't want my boy to get hurt but if I'm probhiting my son from playing while that bully is out there with my son friend then that would make me feel like I'm punishing my boy and the bully gets scott free action .

I would only let your son and his friend play at your house and not invite the bully brother, if I have the relationships correct.

That's correct but we don't live in a house but a apartment complex so most of the time Brendan friend is always with his brother so I said Brendan your not allowed to be out there when dylan gets out because I'm not going to have him pick on you again etc. Not only that I learned what seemed to be just wrestling around on this weekend that my boy was actually getting pushed around by other kids !

That's tough. Can you just let him play outside at certain times when you are right there?
