Would you buy a Coccoro for a small toddler that weight 24 lbs and has a 12 inch torso? Would you buy it knowing that you would pass it down after new baby outgrows their infant seat and toddler would move up to another seat that will be passed on to her by her big sister?

Depends if I had to do their squirrely seatbelt install. The latch was difficult (was trying 3 across), but I gave up after screwing around for 20+ minutes on the squirrely seatbelt install.

Yes, I would. I bought one for my 12 month old and when it was crashed I replaced it with another Coccoro! He is tiny and has tons of room to grow in it, and the seatbelt install in my car was very, very easy.

Can you tell me more about the "squirrely seatbelt install"? Does this happen often? Is the LATCH easy to use? We'll be using it between two cars and one has LATCH while the other would be a seatbelt install.

Thanks for the input!

I think she's just referring to the Euro belt routing which is one method of seatbelt install. It's not required.
