My DD will be 4 in January.  She has outgrown her Britax at 42" and 41 lbs.  It snuck up on me!  One day I realized she just wasn't fitting well in her seat and read the booklet to realize she is too big for it now.  I'm stumped, though, on what to get.  She just seems too young still to move out of the 5-point harness.

I'd love any suggestions on good seats for our next step.

Thanks!

I love our Nautilus. DD is still harnessed at 6 years old, but I am definitely changing it to booster, lol, I just haven't gotten around to it. She's very comfortable in it and it makes a great HBB and backless booster when you are ready for it.

Combination seats that would suit your purpose and last a long time as both a harness and then a booster include the Graco Nautilus/Argos, the Britax Frontier 85 and the Recaro ProSport :-)

If you need something more budget friendly now and are willing to purchase a dedicated booster in the future, you could also look at the evenflo maestro.
