omg. just when you think you're doing ok, keeping SOMETHING down and then you make the mistake of going online and looking at recipes....that's a new level of hell i've not yet discovered. the things people make....eergh

I don't know why I'm feeling so evil today... maybe it's the milk thistle/dandelion root supplement I took... ;-) but...

Our family went on a Total Elimination Diet (where you strip down to like 2 meats, 2 starches, 2 veggies, and a fruit, then add stuff back in slowly to see whether you react to things) for 9 days. That's as long as we lasted. As soon as we went off it, my husband made one of those. ;-) Pretty impressive, considering I introduced him to his kitchen for the first time shortly after we started dating. ;-)

I've been dairy-free for a year and a half, so I've never had the... pleasure.
